Global warming

     The effect of global warming has been discussed in various aspects and people around the world are aware of these effects, but the problem is people don't have the power to stop this changing in the climate. There is no clear idea on whether global warming is brewing something good or bad, but there are some noticeable signs from the slow process of global warming.

     One of those signs is the malting of glaciers. It has been reported that there is a clear shrinking in the mountain glaciers over the last 150 years and the most affected ones are whose located in low latitudes. The consequences of this is that there will a shortage in the water supply in some areas especially those depend on mountain watersheds.   

      Another effect of global warming will be the more frequent occurrence of storms with more intensity. The result of that is a total dryness of soil between rains and this will affects many countries especially those in Africa.

Ramadan

             Ramadan is one of the five pillars of Islam. All adult Muslims must fast during Ramadan. Not allowed to eat or drink from sunrise until sunset. Some people excused from fasting. Those people are children, old, travelers and woman who expect babies. There is a special night in Ramadan it's (lailatul qader). It's one of the last ten nights of Ramadan. After the last day of Ramadan, there is Eid alfiter. During the Eid, children wear new clothes and receive gifts.

Jeddah

  It is located in the west of Saudi Arabia. It is on the cost of the red sea, and it is the second largest city in Saudi Arabia after the capital city. That is why it's called the bride of red sea. The population in Jeddah is over 3 million. It has the tallest fountain in the world it's called (king fahad's fountain). It has the seaport, which is the largest port in the Middle East. I love my hometown so much.

I'm going to tell a story about ghosts, that my grandmother told me about,  from my own country Saudi Arabia specifically from a town called Taif. The story happened around eighty years ago. It's about a small family that consists of one boy, a daughter and their parents. The family had to move from the capital city, which is Riyadh to Taif because the father found a better job over there. When they arrived in Taif they decided to buy a new house since they were planning  to stay in Taif for a long time. They were able to find a three floors good house for a reasonable price and close to the father' working place. In fact, there was a problem with this house, but no one knew about it except for the owner of this house and some of his neighbor. The family didn't know anyone in that city and that's why it was difficult to them to find out  the problem of this house. The problem is that this house is actually occupied by ghost and they force the owner to leave the house by burning the furniture. At the first time the owner just decided to buy a new furniture because the cause of fire was not clear to anyone, but the same thing happened with the new furniture and again the reason was unknown. The owner didn't give up at that time and again bought new furniture, but when the same thing happened for the third time he realized that there is something wrong with his house. The owner went on asking people from the city if someone has seen something like this before and finally a wise man told him he is not the only one living in that house. There are others with him and they don't want him to be there. When the family moved to Taif and lived in that house the same thing happened to their furniture once, but the father of that family was a wise person and he was able to figure out that they are not alone in the house. Some people has the ability to speak with ghost and that father was one of them. He was able to get on an agreement with the ghosts that he and his family will be using the ground and first floors and the third floor will be for the ghosts. However, the family members were supposed to clean up the third floor once per week. The father passed out couple of years ago, his son and daughter got married and moved to another place and his wife decided to move to live with her family. The house is still there in Taif as it is, but no one dare to live in it after the family.   

Walt disney

              He was born in U.S.A, 5, December 1901. He was film producer, director, screenwriter and director animated. He was producer Walt Disney Company; it is one of the best production companies in the world. He is the most people in history to receive Oscar. He is inventor of the famous park (Disneyland). The most famous personalities are Mickey mouse, Donald duck, Goofy and Pluto. He died of lung cancer in 1966.

My life

           I was born in Jeddah on marsh, 3, 1985. I have two sisters. I am the second daughter in my family. I have wonderful family. I got a certificate of high school. After that, I entered the university and I chose major biology. In 2006, I graduated from the university. When I received a document graduation, I did not believe that was the most exciting day. Now, I want to continue my education. I hope that wishes to be achieve.

           I would like to describe two different restaurants that sell pizza. One of them is an international restaurant, which is Pizza hut then second one is a local restaurant which is Pizza 73. Each one of them has its own advantages and disadvantages. Regarding the advantages Pizza hut has the advantage of being well known and trustable by everyone, residence and visitors as well, for that reason it was easy for Pizza hut to have a successful business in the city. On the other hand Pizza 73 has the advantage of having lower prices than Pizza hut, which could an attractive factor for some costumers. Although each restaurant has its own advantage I personally prefer Pizza hut because I consider taste much more than price.
